Time
It’s been a little over a month since I have relocated to Texas. Things are moving a slower than I would like but things are moving. But then again, things could be moving just fine. I just like moving at 200mph. I have quite a few future shoots planned. It’s taking a little longer than usual to set up because I am new here and I have to find great people to work with.
So, time keeps ticking and I keep pushing. I think I’m at 40mph right now. LOL!!
Model: Katlin Sumners - Designer: Emily Bodak (Empress Mess) - Hair: Ericka Cherrie - I waited until I thought my skills were worthy enough to shoot some of Empress Mess’ designs. I finally got the opportunity and I am looking forward to shooting more. When I saw this dress I immediately thought of this door at a church near my home in Maryland. I figured it would really make this dress pop.

Dead Motherboard
Ok, the motherboard on my computer died. Ugh!! This is going to get me somewhat behind on edits. I’ll catch up. This is my first little set back since I’ve been in Texas. On a good note. I’ve met some very nice models here. I’m looking forward to creating some great editorial work.
Rescheduled
My first shoot for today had to be rescheduled. The models wasn’t ready yet. My first shoot for the mag is on the 19th. I’m excited and ready to go.
In the heart of Texas.
I’m officially relocated to Texas. Now comes the hard task of getting to know the area, finding a great team to work with, and marketing my business. Starting over can be fun, but it can also be challenging and frustrating at the same time.
My first official shoot in Texas is suppose to happen on 10/14. Let’s see what happens.

Closer to destiny.
As the time grows closer to my destiny in Texas I am filled with nervous energy and great excitement. The opportunity to expand my range and continue my growth feels beautiful.
This is still and will probably will always be one of my favorite images. The model: the talented Katlin Sumners. Hair and make up done by my fantastic team of Ericka Cherrie and Jasmine Vaughn.
